We are TRI D CORPUS d.o.o. /Ltd, VAT ID: HR 72732708101 (“TRI D CORPUS ”, “we,” “us,” or “our,” ) and our registered address is Zagrebačka 179, 10370 Dugo Selo, Croatia. TRI D CORPUS is the “data controller” of any personal data it may collect, process and hold about you.

 

1. What personal data do we collect?

The personal data we collect from you directly can include your name, email address, mobile/landline telephone number, company name and information you give us when you contact our customer services team, when you engage with our social media platform (for example by tagging us in a post on Facebook or Instagram), when you access to forum or when you subscribe for news and updates on our website.

If you are using a mobile device and browsing our website, we may collect your IP address or other device identifier, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other portable device information.

We may, where we have a lawful basis for doing so, also collect personal data about you from third parties who provide us with additional publicly available information about you.

We use this information on an anonymous basis and will never use it to identify any particular user. We won't be able to link this data to any other data that we hold about you and the purpose of collecting this data is to perform analysis.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google, Inc. (“Google”), a data processor under GDPR. Google Analytics uses Cookies to make it possible to analyze your use of our website. Information generated by the Cookie about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. However, before this happens, Google shortens and anonymizes your IP address if located within a member state of the European Union or in other contracting member states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The entire IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there only in exceptional cases. This anonymization ensures that your IP address cannot be traced back to you. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website in order to compile reports about website activities and provide additional services associated with web site and Internet usage. Google can transfer this information to third parties, where appropriate, if legally mandated or if Google contracts with third parties to process such data. Google will not associate your IP address with other Google data. To fulfil orders for products and services

We work with a number of trusted service providers who carry out services on our behalf. When you purchase products and services from us, the services provided by these organisations includes delivery, product assembly and installation, processing payments. It is in our legitimate interests as a business to work with these service providers since we may not have the capabilities to provide these services ourselves. We don’t share your financial information.
